yeah had 111 lunch today at MOS BURGER. haha our old hangout and on the way beaver and i saw bus 111 whee! BEAVERS RULE lah keke! (we saw it again on the way back to sch on the bus :P)

had a great time again among the few 111ers who came, i really miss 111'06, all the love, all the silliness, all the lameness, all the cuteness, all the oneeleven-ness. yeah, 111ers are an unique bunch, even the ex113ers agree aha! :)

really hope we can get tgt again like 2day, but i wished we could just find a time and youknow, sit around and chat and think abt last yr... :) mebe we should have a session like dat, preferably in our jblk classrm yeah. haha. like just a plain chit-chat sharing session. haha i think im just trying to...find the 111'06 feeling back, i really miss it a lot, especially now...we're 1 short, but we noe that weiqi's enjoying herself up there in heaven with Him. but really, i just wan to feel that 111 bond again. that strong bond that held when the grief became to hard to cope with, too...overpowering.

hey guys... didn't expect the next time i posted here... one of us would be gone... weiqi has left for HEAVEN and will be dearly missed by us.

weiqi... thought she was kawaii and she always cheered me up with her presence in 111'06. paired up with her during pe cos our bdays' were close together. she was a bright and sunny girl, i always annoyed her. haha... i still rmb i kept "harrassing" her to take photos of her durin the sun yat sen trip for HCL. i still have those pics. she was an important part of not only my life and also 111'06. i still rmb the times when everyone fawned over weiqi cos she was SO KYUT :)weiqi, i just wanna let u noe that we'll always remember you, n as the song goes "You'll be in my heart...". :) You have been a great friend and i'll miss u...

it's been a long long time since i last posted here, and i'm infinitely sorry that when i come to revive this (rather dead) blog, i have to be the bearer of bad news.

bad news = imminent separation of one-eleven.

apparently, the 2007 sec2 class lists are out (according to my friend, in some random, obscure place on inet where it is highly unlikely to be found) and well, you know what i'm going to do. but do keep in mind that these class lists are not final (since the school hasn't exactly released them), so be prepared if the final lists turn out to be vastly different. (for one thing, the mep people have been randomly placed into classes, such that there are mep people in all four of the ge-ip classes, and i find it highly unlikely that the school can timetable the classes to accomodate everyone - particularly when certain classes have only, say, 2-3 mep people. therefore, i believe that they may still be some changes here and there, yup.)

well, it's the end of the year and it's time to say goodbye to oneeleven as being a class, that classroom in blk j where we had lessons, perhaps that netball we used. but some things we can never ever say goodbye to. oneeleven as a class at heart, memories in that classroom where we went through exams together, had lessons, laughed together, had poison ball and mafia and rehearsals for drama nite, the memory of us going through net carn together no matter how badly our results were. the memory of 111 doing our best in everything. although some of us will have to break off into other classes, i believe none of us will ever forget everything that we shared, from orientation till drama nite. from winning funkiest class for orientation drama and to winning 4th for drama nite, we've come far. from being in cliques to mixing together as a class.

hey ppl, found some tips online that maybe can help in netball.
1)Always keep moving - never stop
2)Run your hardest all the time - you'll be surprised how fast you can run.
3)Do your best – you’ll be surprised by what you can do!
4)When the ball is down the other end have the WA up near the transverse line and the GA near the goal third.
5)If you're a keeper, always make sure you're in between the shooter and the ring at all times.
6)Pass to your fellow players in triangles. – power of the Bermuda Triangle (yinleng, rmb that time we did passing in a triangle XD)
7)Work on the basics of the game – passing.
8)Use your 3 seconds wisely.
9)Bounce passes are good for tricking complacent opponents, a good skill to practice more on.
10)Shoulder passes are good for moving the ball out of the defence third
11) If you want the ball to be passed to you, do your best to get in front of the person in front of you and lead the ball with one of your arms signalling to the person with the ball.
So, ppl keep these in mind during games or practices kk?

the ppt ms seah made really made me feel that we had come far as a class, as classmates, as friends. through trials, arguments, fights, we have bonded as oneeleven through lessons, games, competitions etc.
we started out as distinct individuals in our little cliques and grps. but soon enough, over time, we have gotten out of our comfort zones and made frenz and became a class at heart.
oneeleven has really brighten up my life and that's y i am HIGH everyday! wooHOO!
so, even though after this yr, we will not all be in the same class, i really hope we can stay in touch and perhaps go out for yearly class outings!! haha!
really, i look forward to school everyday probably mostly due to you ppl, so really, u ppl are really IMPORTANT to me okay!! haha! confession haha! i CRUSH oneeleven!

hello everyone! in light of our last real lesson, here's a post to revive our blog!
ok! our blog is like our bonding! so we cannot let it die okay! please post more things, like maybe anything you feel strongly about our class, or how you think our class can improve, etc. now here are my thoughts!

ok! i'm feeling super sad now): cos everytime i remember that it's the end of the year and that we're all gonna be seperated. esp when ms seah showed us the video today! it really made me feel the OUCH. so what i wanna say now is that 111 has really LIT up my LIFE! you know in hpps i never felt this kind of bonding before, the kind when i look forward to come into class everyday! (: and it's because of the people and not the classroom LOL.

yes! i really appreciate all the stuff you've contributed to 111, and all the events we've gone through, like rbd, iccs, all our b'days!, and our SL PROJECT! yay! yup you're really nice to take pictures with too! and when i had gymophobia (and some other people tooxP) we encouraged each other and poked each other into doing scary stuff like cartwheels! you all have been really great friends i can depend on!

even though we were like in cliques and individuals at the start of year, i feel teh love in the class now! i think we have no problem confiding in each other and at least when everything we have is gone, we still have our feelings and niceties(: i'm really proud about how we've come this far! and once again, thanks for all your support, encouragement and the moments we spent together(:

ok! now that i am becoming higher, i shall....be higher! yup congrats for not being booked this whole term! we finally got our cake(: everyone's happy! ok! now the eoys are coming up! so really, study hard and mug like siao BUT after that remember you have to SLACK TO THE ULTIMATUM! yes! slack until you rot! wait...that didn't sound right(:

please remember to go for our class banner design! (: yes it'll be at sophia's house, which is central enough heeheehee.its at 38 Cairnhill Road Hillcourt #09-03, and if you are coughcough infatuated with sophia you can go stalk her (: yup and think of any ideas for materials/ theme ok? then we can come up with a super impressive banner! the banner's sposed to be 100cm by 50cm ok! so far the people who wanna go = roxanne, shzehui, sophia, weiqing, stephie, jessica, rachel, sarah, and me! yup more people please go cos this is like one of the last moments together!

updates on the classtee is that today i went to see ms chong! she looks very sporty btw. :P ok i gave them the 40% deposit, and did the sizes already. shzehui and i ordered mostly s, 6 m for super tall people like coughcough dora, and one xs. and you know when we'll get our shirts? you know when! NEXT FRIDAY! which is like the day that our exams end! so we can all change into our shirt and take our class photo(: i'll bring a camera! ok please remember give money to trina.

and last thing is, our class outing! one idea we had was to go to a chalet? cos our waddle camp was at thsi super nice chalet near east coast, and we only had to pay 10$$ per person! got swimming pool, and playground, and this twirling thing you keep on going round and round until you're drunk! yes thats just an idea we have during our dec hols so try to schedule everything then we can confirm a date too! and tink of any other ideas you want, like movie, skating (which is super evil people can skate over your fingers), bowling, etc.

hey eleveners! (: since i haven't been particularly active on this blog (and considering i'm on hibernation mode at my own), let me present to you the long-awaited [drumrolls, please]...

CLASS TEE UPDATES! (:

well, seeing that all of us really don't have time to like sit down and talk the design through, we've like sort of come up with a rough plan of how the t-shirt's going to look like. that's, of course, subject to changes, so if you seriously disagree with whatever's going to be outlined below, please voice your opinion by 1) posting here OR 2) giving us a holler in class OR 3) e-mail, fine, me. please refrain from using tagboards because they're really unreliable means of commmunication, thank you.

okay. so vanessa was saying that one-eleven = 111 = three strokes so we can like have three strokes running down somewhere across the shirt. then for the slogan, it goes something like "three strokes epitomize it all: one-eleven'o6". yup and that'll be the front. for the back, yinleng will be drawing figures representing everyone of us and then below all that she'll give credit to those that ought to be given credit, and even below that we'll have something that goes "p.s. adidas, please don't sue us." because you never know when they may like come up knocking at our doors shouting that we've infringed their copyright / trademark, yada yada yada.

and here, we need your help. we need to know what exactly each of you guys want your figurine to be holding / wearing etc. etc. i guess we'll be passing around a list when school starts so that you can write down your preferences, after which yinleng will try and draw to your needs and wants. if you're fine with anything, do indicate it on the list as well! (don't worry, no one will be cast in a negative light. as if there's anyone who can be cast in a negative light in the first place) also, yinleng may need help as to the drawing of the figures, so if you think you can lend her a hand, please do (and again, if you like the idea of seeing your name twice on the shirt, you should help but that’s not really the point, is it!) finally, if you have better ideas as to the design of the shirt, please contribute. after all, this is our shirt and if you want something really awesome and unique from the rest, you have to contribute!

well, that’s about all there is. oh, and what colours do you want for the shirt? probably something other than white / black for the background, because that’s rather commonplace. and cost-wise, we’re not sure but let’s get the design done first, okay! (:

hi... this is van yea... i was thinking abt what ms seah said abt our class spirit and the way we disappointed her. i feel that well... i noe many of u thinkin that we have class spirit or that u r giving your best. but... i really want each of us to really search the depths of our hearts... have we really been including everyone... or perhaps... r we treating some ppl in class not as gd as the rest? fine... i admit it, i've not been treating every single on of u as well as everyone else... and im really really sorry...
and yeah... the class deco, i noe each of u have been trying hard and once again... i confess i didn't really care... once again... im really really really sorry.
and really, is it that hard to not get booked? i don't get it... nvm... i just want each of u to noe that to be a class, a class as a whole is difficult, but if we work hard, i don't really think it's impossible.
so, i really hope we can work hard and be a class. fine, think back to orientation. we have come such a long way, do u wish to just throw it away just like that? we have been disappointing ppl who put their trust in us for so long. firstly the psls during orientation and now ms seah. and just to add, ain't u ppl disappointed in yourselves... im disappointed in myself too...

actually this only concerns the people going for the SPH visit on 22nd june, but i'm too lasy to e-mail them individually so i'm just sending this to the googlegroup. okay now for the actual information. for those going for the visit on 22nd june (remember the one that lasts from 9-5pm, at the Singapore Press Holdings building at Toa Payoh?), the visit is officially CANCELLED

yup. CANCELLED. don't ask me why but the teacher-in-charge just called and said the SPH people were planning on re-scheduling it to somewhere in july but as of now there's no news so just take it as the june one is CANCELLED (sorry if the caps irritate you but i have to drive this point home: it's CANCELLED XD). so PLEASE do NOT go down to SPH on the 22nd or you'll end up looking like an idiot. seriously. (okay no offence)

if this concerns you, please reply to me (via e-mail, msn, phone, even on my blog tagboard if you really want to but please NO SNAIL MAIL) by latest 14 June 2006, 10pm. hmm. i realised that nobody posted for AGES and decided to wait for someone to post then i realised nobody would so.
I TOOK THE INITIATIVE OKAYY!
anyway.
lets update!
for april fools day, our house comm did sumthing stupid! i din reli get it so i can't exactly explain it but the gist of it was that they told us to close our eyes and then they offed the lights in the hall (which was where we were) and ran away.
yea.
BUT our mass dance capts were much more imaginative! they taught us these stupid steps becuz "the captains decided that the steps should be more personalised to each house" and then they did they stupid quacking and waddling stuff -.-" and we actually believed them! becuz they weren't laughing! and then we danced like ALOT of it to the music and then they were lyk, the next step is HAPPY APRIL FOOLS! or sumthing lydat la. yayy so fun!
but.
i found out that the other houses all did the same thing more or less so um not so creative la mebbe.

we decided to decorate our door according to the the theme 'around the world in eighty days!' cuz we were all EXPLORERS or wat la so fun but we havent started yet. nvm! we'll think of sumthing! and our class decos are lyk non-exsistent currently but never mind about that too.

YAYY WE ARE THE BEST CLASS IN THE GEP MAN! haha ms seah announced that the teachers sed we were the most hyper!!!! xD! wow that was unexpected. cuz in the beginning we were lyk um. ahem. ya u noe la. so YAYY we improved go oneeleven!

im running out of ideas see la poor memory im growing old areadi grr. so um HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the march babies yl charmaine and ME! oh and SHEILA TOO!

Hi guys!

Hey u people havent been posting anything!!! Hmmphy! This is a class blog, and the whole point of a class blog is for everyone in the class (yes, I mean EVERYONE) to post their thoughts and feelings about the class, school PSLs and other related stuff. But no negative comments. So why am I stressing over lame things like that? Coz the thing is, guys, you all have to be united. Unity is very important. Supporting what your classmates do for you (ie creating this blog so everyone can share their thoughts) is equally as important. Having CLASS SPIRIT is VERY IMPORTANT. We all have to have class spirit. I don't think class spirit is just cheering for your classmates. I think it goes more than that. It's about supporting and encouraging your classmates and standing up for them no matter what. It's about showing care and concern.

So guys, if you think that you've given your best and showed support for your class, then I'm rally grateful towards you. I mean really, REALLY grateful.

Hear me out. Don't shrug this post off and think I'm spouting nonsense. Digest it, and think it over.

HelLo PeEpS!! As you can see, it is hm... 3.56 pm currently, which means that i have just come home from school!!((: Yesssshhh... sch is funn!!! and yy, comp studies is fun la... but today's (2nd Feb) comp tcher(the lousy woman one) wasn't good... she didn't care if we were listening or not... so bo chap. oh yeah and you pple can go find out if the PSLs have blogs then i can put up the linkx..and. shelletzM!! you post so long!!! wow. how long did you spend? 15 min? omg.. the most i spend on a post is like.. um... 5 mins? yeah. and anyway, psl session was SO fuNN!!!! yea and kezia was clinging onto the Psls like crazy, like usual haha. quite fun la. but it was abit boring also. cos we juz like gathered in our groups and just talked about IRRELEVANT stufffayys. Yep and I gtg. My mom is pleading for me to let her use the comp. buh BuaIX!!

hi people! your nutty class chair (okay maybe i shouldn't introduce such jargon into this blog) here! i LOVE the layout. thank you kezia, sophia and whoever else involved in the doing up of this blog!!! (mwah)

ohYARR. sorry if you find it irritating, but i enjoy changing colours for every paragraph. what did you people do during PSL session? was it fun? did you throw confetti again? so sad...i was stuck in the hall looking at teachers' eating lunch:S and causing serious noise pollution for 5 (blissful) minutes. anyway, the teachers had yu sheng okay! and tons of yummy yummy food (fried crab meat or something like that, chicken, prawns, tofu-looking like thing which actually (according to shzehui) is chicken (AGAIN!) and a choice of beehoon or fried rice)!!! okay never mind. why should i be boring you lovely (OH YES LOVELY!) people with my monotonous description of a chinese new year lunch? someone must (i stress MUST!) post a description of psl session okay?

and i need to know: is anyone pissed with me? because i know it's super irritating when you're reading a book/doing homework/daydreaming/doing whatever else you like to do and someone just shouts and demands your attention. my most sincere apologies if i have disturbed you lovely (OH YES LOVELY!) people in anyway. do you want me to write the announcements on the board or something? DO TELL ME:)

okay. i don't have anything else to say for now. nothing else but ONE ELEVEN ROCKS!!!! (and I LOVE ONE ELEVEN!!!)

If you look at the Document Name right on top you can see that I've set it to change...really minor detail but I like it...in fact I'm trying to create another blogskin for fun and I doubt if anyone wants to use my lousy creations anyway.
